Z-Ultimate Long Beach Test DatesOur rank tests are closed to the public. We create a challenging environment that puts our student's skills to the test and leaves them with a true sense of accomplishment and pride. Testing is by invitation, students receive their Test Cards 1-2 weeks prior to testing.

Free Women's Self Defense Workshop Tradition Continues in 2018
Our Women's Self Defense Workshops are going strong and we have no plans to stop them. We offer a monthly 90-minute introductory self-defense class for girls and women in our community. We hope that you will join us at any of our classes this year.
